Cynthia Vincent has said, "I want my name to be associated with making women feel feminine, hip and confident. We reach for what makes us feel sexy and it's that attitude, coupled with a desire for comfort, that's inspired Twelfth Street." Cynthia Vincent was an award-winning design student who went on to work in London for designers, Jane Ong & Co. and Vince. She later created her own line and fans quickly followed.
